Business Analyst [Romania]


 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, who will initiate and support the steps towards customer centricity through personalization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the development of efficient, effective, and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical implementation of end-to-end cross-channel customer journeys throughout all stages of customer lifecycle: digitalization and automatization of campaign management, profiling and personalization; extending data model in case of different data sources and endpoints; configuring and maintaining capabilities to fit the business needs, making sure quality, security and legal standards are met.
  • Helping overall strategy of moving away from old-fashioned customer engagement touchpoints like email and print towards app and web engagement.
  • Bridging the gap between “old” and “new” Customer Engagement by staying up to date, promoting latest trends, and understanding customer needs.
  • Working cross-brand and with many different business and technical teams like app and web, middleware, data intelligence and analytics, campaign managers, SaaS, call center and service teams.
  • Working with the Product Owner and assists with collecting and clarifying business requirements and helps with their translation into actionable items for the team.

Requirements:

  • API development experience (Rest / Json).
  • JavaScript / HTML
  • Medium level server-side development knowledge base.
  • Data Bases, Data Models, and query languages (MySQL / MSsql).
  • Strong understanding and handling of complex data structures.
  • Troubleshooting skills across different systems.
  • Basic experience with MS Azure or AWS.
