Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, who will initiate and support the steps towards customer centricity through personalization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the development of efficient, effective, and high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: Technical implementation of end-to-end cross-channel customer journeys throughout all stages of customer lifecycle: digitalization and automatization of campaign management, profiling and personalization; extending data model in case of different data sources and endpoints; configuring and maintaining capabilities to fit the business needs, making sure quality, security and legal standards are met.
