Job Description

'- Build up QC control chart

  • Process audit (5S, SOP, 3H4M)
  • Process abnormality management
  • Yield rate monitoring and quality alert
  • Product yield improvement, responsible for corrective actions verified and effectiveness
  • Kako-Tora tracking and Kanban
  • QIP/quality guide
  • NPI pre-build, P/R and post-build meeting team member (process audit, FAI, OQA…)
  • Initial quality instability control
  • Product FAI
  • V-OQA, F-OQA
  • Drive to solve inspection/audit issues CLCA and perform data analysis
  • Non-conforming disposition (NCMR)
  • MQAA, OQA inspector and MQAE training
  • Safety (UL, CCC) certificate factory owner


คุณสมบัติ

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in Industrial and Electronics Manufacturing at Quality related field

Education
  • EE & ME Bachelor or Maste

Requirement
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to understand the data analysis.
3. Verbal and written communication skills (English), Optional(Thai or Chinese) Minimun of TOEIC score 650
4. Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
5. Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind
6. Desire and ability for problem solving and debugging
7. Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience
8. Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, communication & presentation skills.
9. Six Sigmas and other quality improvement project experience
