Shop Manager (Benkei) ; 日本餐廳店舖經理 (Benkei)

Hiring restaurant：BENKEI Okonomiyaki Teppanyaki; 招聘餐廳：弁慶御好燒鐵板燒

Salary：$20,000 up per month; 薪金：每月$20,000.00 起 (Salary will be based on work experience; 待遇將視乎工作經驗而定)

Working hour; 工作時間：

  • Tuesday to Sunday; 星期二至星期日
  • 11:30-15:00 & 17:30-23:00
  • Working 9-10 hours every day, 2.5 hours rest in between; 每天工作 9 小時，中間 2.5 小時休息
  • Off at every Monday; 每星期一例假

Working venue; Central 工作地點：中環

Responsibility; 職責：In charge of managing the restaurant's daily operations, staff training, arranging the floor's normal duties, ordering meals for guests, serving customers, setting and clearing tables, and cleaning the floor;負責管理餐廳日常運作，工作人員培訓，安排樓面日常工作，為客人點餐，服務顧客，擺設及收拾餐桌，樓面清潔。

Requirement; 要求
Secondary 5 graduation, two years of relevant work experience is preferred, experience in training subordinates and building a team, basic English and fluent Cantonese, can read and write Chinese, polite, punctual, honest, immediate work is preferred; 中五程度學歷，具二年相關工作經驗者優先，有培訓下屬和建立團隊經驗，基本英文和流利廣東話，懂讀寫中文，有禮貌，守時，有誠信，可即時上班者優先
