Process Engineer [Thailand]

Key responsibilities:
- Pilot sample part built to meet all customer trial stage
- Install, trial & set up new manufacturing line
- Provide all documents need for all stage; launch, pre-prod, run@rate, sop
- Process monitoring, yield improvement for all major manufacturing line, including general assembly, muffler line, bending, cat canning and tube mill.
- Leader of team member to investigate and find out real root cause, quick fixed process including corrective action plan, in case of customer or field claim.
- Training & coaching their subordinate, skill development and include worker skill evaluation.
- Lean activities implementation, apply Lean tools to mfg. line
- Follow all company policies e.g., Quality, Environment, Safety Management System, EH&S policy, 5Ss
- Support the Company integrate Management System such as IATF16949:2016, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
Ideal candidate experience:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in process Engineer or Program Engineer.
- Experience with automotive parts would be advantage
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
- Fully understand engineering part drawing and work study
- God knowledge of production improvement, production techniques, equipment, and tooling.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept, TPS, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Kaizen and TPM.
- Strong analytical, Problem-solving skill, technical knowledge, and communication skill
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of the robot welding program will be advantage
- Able to use AutoCAD and Solid works
- Good command of English and Computer literacy
- Computer literacy in MS offices (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications/ certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
